1. Returns
Due to hygiene, quality assurance, and the delicate nature of jewellery, we do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
Note: Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn jewellery
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
