Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At KARA by Sunandha Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges subject to the conditions below.
1. Return and Exchange Window
Customers must request a return or exchange within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after the 3-day return window will not be accepted.
2. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- New, unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Returned with the original packaging, jewellery kit, authenticity certificate, tags and accessories
- Free from scratches, damage, alteration or signs of use
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, contact KARA within 3 days of delivery:

Please provide your order number, reason for the return or exchange, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
After the request is approved, KARA will provide the return instructions. Products must be returned by mail using the shipping label and tracking provided or through the return shipping method arranged by KARA.
Please do not send a product back without receiving return approval.
4. Return Shipping Cost
Eligible returns and exchanges have no return shipping cost for the customer. KARA will arrange or provide the approved return shipping method.
5. Inspection
All returned products will undergo a quality inspection after reaching KARA.
A return, exchange or refund will be approved only when the product is received in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, certificates and accessories.
6. Exchanges
Once the returned product passes inspection, the exchange will be processed based on product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, the customer may choose another eligible product or request a refund.
7. Refund Processing
After the returned product reaches KARA and successfully passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Additional time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank or payment provider.
