Will I receive an authenticity certificate?
Yes. Every eligible piece comes with a Kara Jewellery Kit and authenticity certificate, confirming the quality and purity of your jewellery.
Does Kara charge making or wastage fees?
No. At Kara, we believe in honest and transparent pricing. We do not add making charges or wastage charges to our 925 sterling silver jewellery.
Is Kara jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Our 925 sterling silver jewellery is designed to be skin-friendly and comfortable for everyday wear. Individual sensitivities may vary, so discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Will sterling silver jewellery tarnish?
Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, perfumes and chemicals. This is normal and does not mean the silver is fake. Proper care and gentle polishing can help restore its shine.
Are product colours exactly the same as shown online?
We make every effort to display colours and finishes accurately. However, slight variations may occur because of lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Keep your jewellery away from water, perfumes, lotions and household chemicals. After wearing it, wipe it gently with a soft cloth and store it separately in the provided Kara Jewellery Kit.
Can I clean my jewellery at home?
Yes. Use a soft, dry silver-polishing cloth to clean it gently. Avoid toothpaste, harsh chemicals and abrasive materials, as they may damage the finish or stones.

Does Kara offer customised jewellery?
Yes. Kara accepts selected customisation requests depending on design feasibility and material availability.
Will the customised product look exactly like the reference image?
We will create a design that is as close as reasonably possible to your reference. Small differences may occur because of craftsmanship, dimensions, stones and production requirements.
Is advance payment required for customisation?
Yes. An advance payment is required before customised work begins. The applicable amount and payment terms will be confirmed before production.
Can the final silver weight vary?
Yes. The final weight may vary slightly above or below the initial estimate because each customised piece is individually crafted.
Can customised jewellery be returned or exchanged?
Customised or personalised products are generally not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation after production has started, except where required by law or where the product arrives defective.
