KARA by SJ is a jewellery brand specialising in 925 Sterling Silver jewellery, including necklaces, pendants, chains, bracelets, rings, earrings, anklets, jewellery sets, customised jewellery and other accessories.

We aim to provide thoughtfully designed jewellery with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and transparent pricing. Product collections, designs, prices, availability and services may be updated from time to time.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.

5. 925 Sterling Silver Jewellery

Products specifically described as 925 Sterling Silver are made using sterling silver with a standard silver purity of 92.5%, subject to applicable manufacturing tolerances and product specifications.

Depending on the particular design, jewellery may also contain zircon or other stones, pearls, mother-of-pearl, enamel, gold plating, rose-gold plating, rhodium plating or other decorative components.

6. Product Images & Actual Appearance

We make every reasonable effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. Actual appearance, colour, shine and size may vary slightly from website images because of photography, lighting, screen settings, reflections, editing and manufacturing variations.

7. Product Weight & Dimensions

8. Pricing

All prices displayed on karabysj.com are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

Product prices may change due to silver prices, material costs, production costs, taxes, logistics and market conditions. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed during checkout, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors where permitted by law.

Any applicable taxes, COD charges or other charges will be displayed before completion of the order.

9. Zero Making Charges & Zero Wastage

Where a KARA product or promotion is specifically advertised as having Zero Making Charges or Zero Wastage Charges, these terms apply to the relevant product or promotion as described.

The final selling price may still include the cost of silver, stones, plating, other materials, applicable taxes and any other charges clearly disclosed during checkout.

10. Offers, Discounts & Coupon Codes

From time to time, KARA may offer discounts, coupon codes, promotional prices, gifts or special offers.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Offers are valid only for the stated period.
• Offers may apply only to selected products.
• Minimum order values may apply.
• Two or more offers may not be combined.
• Coupon codes must be applied before completing checkout.
• Discounts cannot ordinarily be applied after an order has been placed.
• Certain products may be excluded.

KARA reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions subject to applicable law.

11. Placing an Order

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it or guarantee availability. Before ordering, please verify product, quantity, size, finish, customisation details, contact details, billing details and final payable amount.

Once successfully submitted, you may receive order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another contact method provided by you.

12. Order Acceptance

KARA reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including product unavailability, incorrect inventory, technical errors, obvious pricing errors, failed or reversed payments, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information or non-serviceable delivery locations.

13. Payments

Available payment options will be displayed during checkout and may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets and other authorised payment methods.

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. KARA will never ask customers to share confidential banking passwords, card PINs or OTPs for routine customer-service purposes.

14. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may depend on delivery PIN code, order value, product category, courier availability and other operational factors.

COD may not be available for certain customised, personalised, made-to-order or high-value products.

Any applicable COD charges will be displayed before order confirmation.

15. Customised & Personalised Jewellery

KARA may provide customisation and personalisation services for selected jewellery.

The final product will be created as close as reasonably possible to the approved design or reference; however, it may not be an exact replica. Minor variations may occur in design, dimensions, weight, stone placement, finish and appearance.

Final weight may be slightly higher or lower than the original estimate. An advance or full payment may be required before production begins. Once the customer approves the design and production has started, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

16. Customisation Details & Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully checking all personalised details before approving a customised order, including names, initials, spellings, dates, sizes, measurements, design, finish and stone selection.

Once approved and sent for production, changes may result in additional costs and production time or may not be possible.

17. Jewellery Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before completing an order, particularly for rings, bracelets, bangles, chains and anklets.

Where available, please refer to our size guide before purchasing. Fit may differ depending on product design, thickness, body measurements and personal preference.

18. Tarnishing of Sterling Silver

Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time due to air, moisture, humidity, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals and environmental conditions.

Natural tarnishing is a characteristic of silver and does not automatically mean the jewellery is defective or not genuine. Proper cleaning and storage can help maintain appearance.

19. Plating & Finish

Certain KARA products may have gold, rose-gold, rhodium or other plated finishes. Plating may gradually fade depending on usage, friction, skin chemistry, sweat, moisture, chemicals, perfumes and cosmetics.

Normal plating wear resulting from regular use is not necessarily considered a manufacturing defect.

20. Jewellery Care

To maintain the appearance and condition of your KARA jewellery:

• Keep jewellery away from harsh chemicals.
• Avoid direct contact with perfume and cosmetics.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
• Remove jewellery before swimming or bathing.
• Remove jewellery during activities that may cause excessive friction or impact.
• Store jewellery separately in a clean, dry place.
• Clean jewellery gently with a suitable soft cloth.

Jewellery containing pearls, enamel, stones or special finishes may require additional care.

21. Skin Sensitivity

Individual skin sensitivity differs from person to person. Although our products are designed for comfortable wear, we cannot guarantee that every individual will experience no sensitivity or allergic reaction.

Customers with known metal allergies or highly sensitive skin should review product materials before purchasing. If irritation occurs, discontinue wearing the product.

22. Warranty & After-Sales Service

Where a product is covered by a warranty, applicable terms will be stated on the product page, warranty document or Warranty Policy.

Unless expressly included, warranty coverage may not extend to normal wear and tear, natural tarnishing, gradual plating loss, scratches caused by regular use, accidental damage, improper handling, chemical damage, improper storage or unauthorised repairs or modifications.

KARA may also offer eligible repair, polishing, cleaning or replating services. Availability, charges and timelines will depend on the product and service required.

23. Authenticity

Where applicable, KARA jewellery may be provided with authenticity documentation, product information or other relevant certification. Customers are advised to retain their invoice and authenticity documentation for future reference.

24. Packaging

KARA products may be supplied in our jewellery packaging depending on the product and order type.

Packaging shown in product or promotional photographs is representative and may change from time to time.

Special or promotional packaging will only be included where specifically stated.

25. Intellectual Property

All content available on karabysj.com, including our brand name, logo, jewellery designs, product photographs, videos, product descriptions, graphics, website design, blogs, promotional material and packaging designs is owned by, licensed to or lawfully used by KARA.
