1. Order Dispatch

All standard orders are dispatched within 12–24 hours after successful order confirmation, subject to product availability and payment verification.

Customised, personalised and made-to-order jewellery may require additional production time.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines depending on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Locations: 4–7 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

3. Courier & Delivery

Orders are shipped through DTDC and other reputed courier partners depending on the customer's location and PIN code serviceability.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp or the order-status page.

Tracking information may take a few hours to become active after dispatch.

5. Shipping Address & Failed Delivery

Customers must provide a complete and accurate name, address, PIN code and mobile number.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery or repeated failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to KARA.

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery where applicable.

6. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product, incorrect product, incomplete order or tampered parcel, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request:

• Order number
• Product photographs
• Packaging photographs
• Shipping-label photograph
• Unboxing video, where required

We strongly recommend recording a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video when opening your parcel.
